Group Tower Classes

A 50-minute Group Tower class combines classical Pilates mat work with the heavy spring resistance of the wall unit using the arm springs, leg springs, rollback bar, and push-through bar. 3+ people. $35 Member | $45 Non Member

  • The tower was a direct adaptation by Joseph Pilates to support or challenge traditional Pilates matwork. The Wall Unit "Tower" anchors firmly to the wall and floor, providing you with the stability necessary to properly perform a full range of exercises. Adjustable springs allow you to completely customize your user experience based on your individual flexbility and proficiency.

  • A Pilates Tower class will work all the major muscle groups, improve muscular endurance, as well as spinal mobility and flexibility.

  • We recommend all beginners start with our private sessions. This allows us to teach you the foundations of authentic Pilates that you’ll need to progress to classes like the tower class.

Group Mat Pilates Classes

The ‘Matwork’ is the foundation of Joseph Pilates work and was developed nearly 100 years ago. Bellevue Pilates Mat classes utilize the 34 foundational mat exercises to create a dynamic and fluid class that builds strength and balance in the body. $25 Member | $35 Non Member
